The nearer these "number nine" persons are born to the "cusp"
of February 19th, the more decided will their individuality
become Consequently, one may expect more from those born
on February 18th, than from those born on February 9th.
The 27th of February, being at the farther end of the "cusp"
comes under influence of the vibrations of Mars and Jupiter.
